The Klauke 18R butt connector is suitable for stranded conductors (e.g. VDE 0295 class 2) as well as round-pressed stranded sector conductors. Precise end machining facilitates cable insertion, while a centre indentation ensures exact cable insertion. Manufactured from annealed copper in accordance with EN 13600 and tin-plated, it offers optimum crimping properties and reliable corrosion protection. Suitable for applications up to 10 kV.
