Welcome to our Review Competition on ekabel24.de! Below you will find the official terms and conditions for the “Best Helpful Review” contest.
1. Organizer
The competition is organized by ekabel24.de, [Your Company Name], [Your Address], Germany. Contact: info@ekabel24.de.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
- Employees of ekabel24.de and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- Every published product review on ekabel24.de automatically enters the competition.
3. Competition Procedure
- Monthly Winner: Each month, our team selects the best review of that calendar month.
- Finalists: In addition, ekabel24.de awards particularly outstanding reviews as Finalists. This selection is independent of the calendar month and may include reviews from multiple months.
- The selection of the Monthly Winner and Finalists is made at the sole discretion of the ekabel24 team based on the following criteria: level of detail, helpfulness, and relevance to other customers.
4. Prizes
- Monthly Winner: 15% discount voucher, redeemable on ekabel24.de. Non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Finalists: Public recognition on our website, newsletters, and/or social media channels.
5. Publication of Winners & Finalists
By submitting a review, you consent to the publication of your full name and your review in the event that you are selected as a Winner or Finalist on our website and communication channels.
6. Data Protection
Your personal data (name, email address) will be used exclusively for the purpose of running the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Miscellaneous
- Legal recourse is excluded.
- The prize cannot be paid out in cash.
- ekabel24.de reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
